Express Employment Professionals is seeking dependable and motivated On-Site Packer to join a growing team at a reputable local company. This is a hands-on role at the customer's location and is critical in preparing crates and products for delivery. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and eager to work hard and learn on the job.
Pack crates and items for delivery according to company standards
Select, verify, and securely pack items into boxes or containers
Label packages accurately and ensure proper documentation
Follow safety and quality control procedures
Maintain a clean and organized packing area
Work closely with shipping/receiving teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
Willingness to learn and perform physical tasks in a fast-paced environment
Woodworking or crate-building experience a strong plus
Ability to work on-site at the customer’s facility (slightly different hours than warehouse-based roles)
Must pass a background check and drug screening
Steel-toed boots required
Strong attention to detail and reliability
Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
Weekly pay via direct deposit
