Express Employment Professionals in Albertville are looking for Mechanical builders to assemble trailers. Join our fast-growing company located in Litchfield, where we take pride in fostering a positive work culture. We are seeking dedicated candidates who have hands-on experience and are eager to contribute to a team-oriented environment. Hours are M-F 6am – 3:30 and when busy could work until 4:30pm. Pay depends on your experience $19 - $26/hr.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

- Assemble mechanical components and products using various tools, including glue guns, miter saws, and impact drills.

- Experience with welding stainless steel a plus!

- Collaborate with team members to efficiently complete projects and meet production goals.

- Conduct quality checks on assembled products to ensure adherence to specifications.

- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.

- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving assembly issues as they arise.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications:

 

- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

- Understand how to use a tape measure / ruler

- Experience with mechanical assembly tools and techniques.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.

- Ability to lift and maneuver heavy materials as needed at least 50lbs.

-Walk, stand, bend, squat, sit, twist/turn, climb ladders, reach overhead and grasp tools as necessary.
