 Production & Sanitation Team Member

 
Schedule: 8am - 4:30pm | Monday–Thursday + Friday mornings (Production), Friday afternoons (Sanitation)
Location: Fenton, MO
Compensation: $20/hr.

Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented production and sanitation team member. Ideal for mechanically inclined individuals who value quality, teamwork, and consistency. You’ll be trained in the company’s manufacturing processes, safety protocols, and sanitation practices to ensure products are made and handled with care from start to finish.

Production Responsibilities (Mon–Thu + Friday mornings):

• Operate in a fast-paced production environment
• Load/unload trucks and handle shipping & receiving
• Manufacture product following standard operating procedures
• Learn and use automated systems for box making
• Operate a drum lifter (handling 50-gallon drums)
• Train to operate an electric sit-down forklift (FL certification provided)
• Use mechanical awareness to identify equipment issues
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Sanitation Responsibilities (Friday afternoons):

• Enter and clean interior of holding tanks weekly using hot water and steam wand
• Ensure tanks are sanitized and tested for Monday production readiness
• Must be comfortable working in confined spaces (tank entry via hatch required)
• Waterproof boots and protective gear are provided; bring a change of clothing

Requirements:

• At least 1-3 years’ experience in either production/warehouse/sanitation
• Mechanically inclined; able to identify when equipment isn’t working properly
• Able to lift 55 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods
• Comfortable working in confined spaces; not claustrophobic
• Willingness to learn and follow strict safety, OSHA, and GMP protocols
• High attention to detail, cleanliness, and product quality
• Positive attitude, reliable work ethic, and a team-first mindset
