Warehouse Associate – Shipping & Receiving

Location: Near the Boise Airport
Pay: $18/hour DOE + opportunities for raises
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM (1-hour lunch)

Are you dependable, hardworking, and looking for an opportunity to grow? We’re looking for a Warehouse Associate to join a busy, team-oriented warehouse environment.

You’ll gain hands-on experience across shipping, receiving, inventory, and order fulfillment, with opportunities to receive forklift training and advance your skills.

What You’ll Do

• Pull and fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Check in and verify inbound orders on the dock
• Assist with shipping and receiving
• Label, stock, organize, and move products throughout the warehouse
• Ensure orders and inventory are accurate
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Work independently while maintaining productivity and accuracy
• Follow established procedures and safety guidelines

• Comfortable working independently and staying productive
• Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, order pulling, or forklift experience is a plus, but we’re willing to train the right person
