Location: South Charlotte, NC
Shift: 3rd Shift – 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM
Pay: $15.00/hour + Attendance Bonus
Type: Full-Time | Entry-Level | Clean Facility

This is a great opportunity for individuals with packaging or plastics experience—or anyone ready to learn and grow in a hands-on role.

🔧 Responsibilities:

• Operate plastic blow molding machines
• Position parts and subassemblies using templates or measurements
• Visually inspect parts and measure using calipers, micrometers, or gauges
• Perform basic preventive maintenance and report malfunctions
• Maintain a clean and safe work area by following company procedures
• Monitor inventory and assist with supply orders
• Complete documentation and pack finished pieces into boxes

✅ Requirements:

• Must be able to stand for long periods
• Experience in plastics (blow molding or injection molding) is a must
• Ability to read calipers is required
• Packaging experience is a plus
• No hard requirements—trainable position
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
