Express Employment Professionals is seeking Sawmill Clean‑Up Crew Members for a well‑established mill in the Flathead Valley.
This full‑time, physically active role is ideal for dependable individuals who are comfortable with labor‑intensive tasks and working in dusty, fast‑paced environments.

Position: Sawmill Clean‑Up Crew Member

Location: Flathead Valley
Schedule: Wednesday–Saturday, 5:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Pay: $22.55/hr
Status: Full‑Time (40 hours/week)

What You’ll Do

  • Shovel and clear wood dust and shavings into designated disposal areas
  • Pick up scrap iron and general garbage and place in proper bins
  • Use air hoses to blow wood dust from rafters, beams, and elevated surfaces
  • Clean up oil and water spills as needed
  • Sweep floors and walkways using brooms and hand tools
  • Assist Maintenance Millwrights with general tasks and clean‑up support
  • Perform frequent shoveling and other physically demanding tasks

What You Bring

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Ability to perform labor‑intensive work, including prolonged standing, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs
  • Comfort working in environments with varying temperatures and airborne particles (e.g., sawdust)
  • Willingness to follow all safety procedures and guidelines
  • Reliability, strong work ethic, and ability to work independently or as part of a team

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Must pass a pre‑employment drug screen
  • Ability to work in dusty conditions (N95 mask optional for comfort)
