Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately create, process, and transmit remittances in a timely manner.

• Handle a high volume of incoming and outgoing billing-related emails with professionalism and efficiency.

• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies, make corrections and adjustments as needed.

• Ensure compliance issues are identified and resolved to secure timely approvals.

• Collaborate closely with the Accounts Receivable team to track outstanding payments and maintain clean aging reports.

• Run and review billing reports and support monthly closing activities.

• Maintain documentation in accordance with GAAP and internal controls.

• Use advanced Excel skills (including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables) to analyze and organize billing data.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in billing, accounting, or a related finance role.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and data validation tools.

• Strong knowledge of GAAP and billing best practices.

• Excellent attention to detail with a passion for accuracy and numbers.

• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment.

• Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal.

• A collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Experience working in a compliance-driven industry.
