Position Summary

Our client is seeking skilled and detail-oriented FOM Operators to join their weekend production team. In this role, you will operate advanced milling machines to fabricate ceiling grids and aluminum components for our air units. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a hands-on, technical environment and take pride in producing high-quality parts.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate 3-axis and 5-axis computer-controlled milling machines
• Load aluminum extrusions onto the machine and offload finished parts
• Perform precision milling and punching of aluminum components
• Monitor machine operations and make necessary adjustments to ensure accuracy
• Inspect finished parts for quality and conformance to specifications
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow safety protocols and company procedures at all times

Qualifications

• Previous experience operating CNC or computer-controlled milling machines preferred
• Familiarity with aluminum fabrication and extrusion handling
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to lift and maneuver aluminum parts safely
