Job Summary/Company Information: A company in Columbus, Indiana is looking to add Industrial Maintenance Technicians to their team! This is a direct hire opportunity!

The Maintenance Technician will:

• Perform maintenance and repair on industrial machinery and equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues.
• Conduct preventative maintenance on all equipment.
• Replace 3-4 motors per day as part of daily responsibilities.
• Utilize volt meters and other diagnostic tools.
• Assist with other general maintenance duties as needed.

Schedule:

• 2nd Shift: Mon-Fri 2PM-10:30PM
• 3rd Shift: Sun-Thurs 10:30PM-6AM

Requirements:

• Prior experience in industrial maintenance or a similar role
• Familiarity with 480v three-phase electricity
• Proficient in using volt meters and troubleshooting electrical systems
• Experience working with ammonia-based systems is a plus
• Strong understanding of mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
