A vision care provider is seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused Optician to support daily operations and provide exceptional patient care in a fast-paced optical clinic. In this role, you’ll assist patients with selecting eyewear, interpreting prescriptions, fitting and adjusting glasses, and ensuring a positive overall experience. You’ll work closely with the clinical team to help maintain smooth office operations while delivering personalized service to each patient.

Job Duties:

• Assist patients with selecting frames, lenses, and eyewear products based on prescription and lifestyle needs
• Interpret and process eyeglass prescriptions accurately
• Measure patients for proper frame and lens fitting
• Adjust, repair, and dispense eyewear to ensure comfort and accuracy
• Educate patients on lens options, coatings, and eyewear care
• Coordinate with labs to track and verify eyewear orders
• Maintain accurate patient records and insurance information
• Support daily clinic operations including inventory management and merchandising displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and follow-up support to ensure patient satisfaction
