What You’ll Do

• Operate and monitor hydraulic and/or mechanical press equipment
• Use industrial saws and fabrication machinery as needed
• Select correct templates and materials based on work orders
• Support the department foreman in meeting daily production goals
• Assist in other departments during downtime to keep workflow moving
• Maintain quality standards throughout production tasks
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
• Report equipment issues, repairs needed, or quality concerns promptly

What We’re Looking For

• Ability to read a tape measure quickly and accurately
• Strong attention to detail to minimize waste and scrap
• Team-oriented mindset with a focus on safety and quality
• Comfortable working in a production/manufacturing environment
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly
• Strong math and number comprehension
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting

Physical & Work Requirements

• Active, hands-on role requiring standing, lifting, and moving throughout shift
• Must be comfortable working around industrial equipment
• PPE provided
