Tool Mechanic

Located in Grapevine, TX

Salary: $20/hr

We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client near the DFW Airport for a Training Tool Mechanic. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity offering steady hours, competitive pay, and the chance to grow with a respected employer.

What You’ll Do

• Observe and troubleshoot mechanical devices, repairing or replacing defective parts.

• Pick, pack, and ship customer orders and large distribution center orders.

• Perform cycle counts on assigned inventory and maintain product files.

• Enter orders in SAP and coordinate product testing and failure analysis.

• Provide phone support and assist with in-house programs as needed.

• Support parts, warranty, and field product demonstrations.

• Strong problem-solving and process management skills.

• Ability to learn technical concepts quickly and work efficiently with others.

• Excellent written and verbal communication.

• Solid math and reasoning ability for interpreting data and solving problems.

Requirements

• Must pass a drug test and have a clean background.

• Must be able to work on-site near DFW Airport (remote work not available).

• Consistent attendance and punctuality required.

Schedule & Pay

• Monday–Friday schedule (full-time).

• $20/hr starting pay.

• Temp-to-hire with long-term career potential.

• Once hired on full-time, company provides excellent benefits and generous PTO.
