Located in Lyndhurst, OH

Salary: $18-$25/hr

Our clients are apartment buildings in the greater Cleveland area looking for first-shift EXPERIENCED BUILDING MAINTENANCE TECHNICIANS.

REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum 2 years experience as Maintenance Technician
Heavy Lifting
HVAC a plus

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Light electrical, light plumbing
Painting, drywall
Turn Apartments
Groundskeeping

Pay/Shift/Location

Pay is $18-$24 per hour DOE
These are first shift positions
Greater Cleveland
