Job Full Description

Express Employment Professionals is currently seeking a Business Developer to support our local office.  As a Business Developer, you will work within a defined territory connecting with local businesses to offer hiring solutions.

Essential Functions

• Assist companies with understanding how Express can help them in areas of Employment.  Leadership, and Human Resources.
• Research and prospect for new business
• Call on the existing book of business
• Interacts directly with clients throughout all phases of the sales process
• Establish new accounts by planning and organizing a daily work schedule to call on existing and potential sales outlets
• Negotiate prices and prepare agreements

Pay: $45,000-$50,000/ Annually DOE + Monthly Commission

Schedule: 8:00AM- 5:00PM Monday - Friday

Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multi-task
• Driven and Goal-oriented
• HS Diploma or GED
