Located in Smithfield, NC
Salary: 14.75-17.50/hr.
We are seeking dependable and motivated Molders / Machine Operators to operate molding equipment and assist in the production of quality parts and products. The ideal candidate will have experience in a manufacturing environment, strong attention to detail, and the ability to follow safety and quality standards.
Set up and operate molding machines according to work instructions
Load raw materials and monitor machines during operation
Remove, inspect, and trim molded parts
Perform basic machine adjustments to maintain quality output
Identify and report any product defects or machine malfunctions
Complete production documentation accurately
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Assist with mold changes and routine maintenance
Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE
High school diploma or GED preferred
Prior experience in molding, machine operation, or manufacturing a plus
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods
Basic mechanical skills and ability to use hand tools
Ability to read and understand work instructions and production documentation
Attention to detail and commitment to quality
Willingness to work overtime, weekends, or rotating shifts if required
