Express Employment Professionals of Union, NJ is seeking a skilled Wireperson to join a local manufacturing/production team. This role requires hands-on electrical wiring experience, strong technical aptitude, and attention to detail in order to ensure high-quality assembly and installation of wiring systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform electrical wiring of panels, equipment, and assemblies according to schematics and blueprints

• Cut, strip, crimp, route, and terminate wires to required specifications

• Assemble and install wiring harnesses and cable assemblies

• Inspect, test, and troubleshoot wiring connections for accuracy and quality control

• Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean work area to ensure safety and efficiency

• Collaborate with supervisors and team members to meet project deadlines

• Follow all workplace safety and compliance standards

Qualifications:

• Prior experience as a Wireperson, Electrical Assembler, or related role

• Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams, schematics, and technical drawings

• Strong knowledge of hand tools, crimping tools, and electrical testing equipment

• Good manual dexterity and attention to detail

• High school diploma or technical certification preferred

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
