Hours: Shifts and time varies: 2 days- 12 hr (8a-8p) 3 days- 10 hr (8a-6p), 1 hr lunch break

Express Employment Professionals, a full‑service staffing agency, is hiring Automotive Sales Representatives for a local car dealership in Baton Rouge. This position is ideal for individuals looking to build a long-term career in sales with a customer‑focused mindset and strong work ethic.

Core Responsibilities

• Professionally interact with customers and collaborate with internal departments.
• Display excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Maintain a self-motivated, results-driven approach.
• Learn and apply sales techniques—no prior sales experience required; training provided.
• Support dealership operations with additional tasks as needed.
• Maintain strong attendance and arrive on time daily.
• Uphold a professional attitude with customers and coworkers.

Skills & Experience

• Customer service focused with a strong work ethic.
• Career-driven mindset with a desire to grow in sales.
• Valid Driver’s License REQUIRED.
• Sales experience is a plus but not required.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
