Salary: 17
Set up and operate slitting machines according to job specs
Load large master rolls and thread material through the slitter
Monitor machine operation to ensure accuracy and safety
Inspect finished rolls for quality, correct dimensions, and proper labeling
Package and prepare finished materials for shipping or further processing
Perform routine maintenance and report any machine issues
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
Accurately complete production logs and documentation
High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
Previous experience in manufacturing, machine operation, or slitting (preferred but not required — we’ll train the right person!)
Ability to read a tape measure and use basic hand tools
Mechanical aptitude and strong attention to detail
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods
Strong work ethic and team-first attitude
Willingness to work flexible hours or overtime when needed
