We are seeking individuals with a strong work ethic and a compassionate heart to join our hoarder home cleanup team. This role is physically demanding, but even more important is your ability to treat every situation and client with dignity and respect.

This is not just a labor job—it’s a trust-driven responsibility. If you cannot approach each home with compassion and professionalism, this is not the job for you.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Clean out hoarder homes respectfully, with zero judgment

• Remove trash, debris, and unwanted items from inside and around the property

• Conduct deep cleaning and sanitization, following safety and sanitation protocols

• Handle and dispose of items safely and discreetly

• Use proper protective equipment (PPE) as needed

• Assist with other general labor duties as assigned

COMPASSION AND PROFESSIONALISM ARE NON-NEGOTIABLE:

• No comments about the home, clients, or their belongings will be tolerated.

• Any inappropriate remarks or behavior will result in immediate termination.

• Treat every client and home with the same respect you’d expect for yourself or a loved one.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Physically fit and able to perform labor-intensive work

• Emotionally mature, patient, and empathetic

• Reliable transportation

• Able to follow instructions and work respectfully in challenging environments

• Prior experience in cleaning, restoration, or junk removal is helpful but not required
