Automotive Assembler

We are seeking dependable Automotive Assemblers to join a manufacturing team on first shift. This position supports production operations through assembly, material handling, robotic welding support, quality inspections, and production documentation in a fast-paced automotive manufacturing environment.

Job Duties

• Assemble automotive components and products according to production requirements
• Stack, organize, and move parts throughout the production process
• Assist production employees and machine operators as needed
• Load and position parts onto fixtures and jigs for robotic welding operations
• Operate welding and automated production equipment according to established procedures
• Perform visual inspections to ensure products meet quality standards
• Complete production records and required documentation accurately
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow all company safety procedures and quality requirements
• Assist with additional manufacturing and assembly tasks as assigned

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing, assembly, or production experience preferred
• Welding or fabrication experience preferred
• Automotive manufacturing experience is a plus
• Basic computer skills
• Basic math skills and ability to follow work instructions
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Willingness to learn new equipment, processes, and technologies

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and move up to 35 pounds
• Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the shift
• Frequent bending, reaching, and repetitive motion
• Ability to work safely in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Ability to perform repetitive assembly and material handling tasks
