Express Employment Professionals is seeking a skilled Hotel Maintenance Technician for a large 3-star Resort Facility in Kissimmee, FL! 

Job Details:

• Starting Pay - $21.00/HR
• Location - Kissimmee, FL 34746
• Full-time, permanent position.

Schedule Details:

• Monday - Sunday - You will have 2 days off per week!
• 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM or 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM - Must be able to work both schedules!

Job Duties:

• Perform routine inspections, maintenance, and repairs of hotel facilities and equipment (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, lighting, appliances) to ensure everything operates safely and efficiently.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests in guest rooms and public areas, addressing issues such as leaks, damaged fixtures, malfunctioning appliances, doors, locks, or furniture.
• Ensure the property complies with safety codes and regulations by maintaining fire alarms, emergency lighting, sprinklers, and other life‑safety systems; report hazards and assist with inspections.

Job Requirements:

• MUST have 2 years of working knowledge & experience.
• Certifications are a plus, for example: OSHA 10, OSHA 30, CPO certification, HVAC/EPA certification, etc.
• Experienced in HVAC, Electrical & Plumbing.
