Forklift Operator – Warehouse | Full-Time 2nd Shift

Express Employment Professionals is urgently hiring a Forklift Operator for a fast-paced company in Menomonie, WI!

Location: Menomonie, WI
Pay: $19/hr
Schedule: Monday–Thursday | 3:00 PM – 1:30 AM
Overtime: Opportunities available

Responsibilities:

Operate forklifts safely and efficiently throughout the warehouse
Load and unload trucks
Move products and materials throughout the facility
Pull and prepare orders for shipment
Use scanners and pick sheets accurately
Fill paint lines with materials and parts
Label, organize, and bundle customer orders
Follow warehouse safety procedures and company processes
Assist with general warehouse and material handling duties
Support leadership and help keep operations running smoothly

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of forklift experience required
Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently
Ability to follow directions and work independently
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic required
Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment
Reliable transportation required
