Bilingual Call Center Customer Service Representative (English/Spanish)

Pay:  $18.20 per hour
Location: (Hybrid) - Downtown Chicago
Schedule: Full-Time & Part-time Options | Between operation hours of 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM (shifts may vary)

Bilingual Call Center Customer Service Representative (English/Spanish) Responsibilities:

• Answer inbound calls in a professional and courteous manner

• Assist customers with enrolling in the healthcare option that best meets their healthcare needs. 

• Enter accurate notes and information into the system

• Deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced call center environment

Bilingual Call Center Customer Service Representative (English/Spanish) Requirements:

• 1 year or more experience in call center/high-volume customer service environment
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must be fluent in both English and Spanish
• Must live within 40 miles of Downtown Chicago
• Must type 25 WPM or more
