Express Employment Professionals is seeking an Inventory Control Coordinator for a reputable local client in the Flathead Valley.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys staying organized, working with both people and materials, and keeping inventory operations running smoothly and accurately.

Position: Inventory Control Coordinator

Schedule: Day Shift
Location: Flathead Valley
Pay: Competitive, DOE

What You’ll Do

  • Receive and inspect incoming packages, verifying accuracy against packing slips and purchase orders
  • Identify and report any discrepancies or damaged materials
  • Label, bin, and store inventory in designated locations
  • Pick parts and assemble kits for production teams
  • Deliver material kits and stock to production areas as needed
  • Perform cycle counts and assist with regular physical inventory
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient inventory workspace
  • Operate pallet jacks and other non‑powered handling tools (forklift if certified)

  • Strong understanding of transportation methods (air, rail, sea, road) and material flow
  • Familiarity with raw materials, production processes, and quality control

Skills & Experience Needed

  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Excel and Microsoft Office
  • Forklift experience or certification preferred
  • 0–1 year of experience in a warehouse or inventory setting preferred
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

Education Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Additional education or training preferred

Physical Requirements

  • Regular use of hands and arms to handle tools, materials, and equipment
  • Ability to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods depending on task
  • Frequent bending, reaching, and movement throughout the day
  • Ability to lift and move materials as needed
