Pay: $17.00–$24.00 per hour, based on experience
Shifts: First and second-shift openings available

Responsibilities

• Solder surface-mount and through-hole components with precision.
• Read blueprints, schematics, bills of materials (BOMs), and assembly instructions.
• Identify electronic components accurately.
• Assemble, fabricate, and repair circuit boards.
• Inspect completed boards for quality and structural soundness.
• Follow safety, quality, and production procedures.
• Lift up to 50 pounds when needed.

Qualifications

• Previous electronics soldering or PCB assembly experience preferred.
• Ability to perform detailed work accurately.
• Strong attention to quality and component placement.
• Dependable work history and willingness to learn.
• Availability for either first or second shift.
