Job Description

We are seeking a Production System Operator to join a local production facility. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to adhere to safety practices. This role involves operating computer-controlled production systems, performing quality checks, and ensuring a clean, efficient workspace.

Responsibilities

  • Operate and monitor computer-controlled production systems to process raw materials

  • Coordinate with material handlers and heavy equipment operators to ensure continuous material flow

  • Perform machine adjustments to meet quality and production standards

  • Conduct quality checks, including weighing and volume assessments

  • Complete production documentation accurately and in a timely manner

  • Maintain a clean and safe work area, including sweeping and clearing walkways

  • Report maintenance issues to appropriate personnel

Qualifications

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, climb ladders, and stand for extended periods

  • Comfortable working in dusty and variable environmental conditions (hot, cold, rainy)

  • Strong organizational and communication skills
