Express Employment Professionals is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Scheduling Coordinator for a well-established flooring company in Fort Myers. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced office environment and enjoys coordinating multiple moving parts to ensure projects are completed efficiently.
Schedule flooring installation appointments with customers and installation crews.
Create, update, and manage work orders for upcoming projects.
Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure materials are pulled and ready before installation.
Serve as the primary point of contact between customers, installers, and warehouse staff.
Monitor installation schedules and communicate any updates or changes promptly.
Provide outstanding customer service by answering questions and resolving scheduling concerns.
Maintain accurate records and support daily office operations.
Previous experience in scheduling, dispatching, customer service, or office administration preferred.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to prioritize tasks and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Comfortable using computers and learning new software systems.
Positive attitude with a strong commitment to teamwork and customer satisfaction.
Full-time, Monday through Friday schedule.
