Schedule

Training Period (All New Hires):

• Monday-Thursday, 5:00am-3:00pm (1st Shift)

2nd Shift:

• Monday-Thursday, 2:45pm-12:45am
• Overtime on Fridays as needed

Weekend Shift:

• Friday-Sunday, 6:00am-6:00pm
• Work 36 hours and get paid for 40!

Pay

• $23.00-$30.00/hour DOE
• Weekly pay every Friday

Job Duties

• Read blueprints and fabricate structural steel components
• Weld, fit, grind, and assemble products to specifications
• Inspect welds, perform repairs, and maintain quality standards
• Use measuring tools and complete production documentation
• Follow safety procedures and support team production goals

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of welding experience OR welding school/training
• Flux-Core, Metal-Core, and Stick welding experience preferred
• Ability to read blueprints and work with precise measurements
• Strong attention to quality, safety, and craftsmanship
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
