Job Summary:
We are currently seeking an experienced Structural Fabricator/Welder with a strong background in fabricating structural components such as handrails, tanks, and ladders. This role requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in structural fabrication, with the ability to read and interpret blueprints, build from scratch, and perform precise fitting, tacking, and MIG welding on various metals. Ideal candidates will be team players who take pride in their craftsmanship and contribute to a clean and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and traveler instructions to fabricate structural components

• Build projects from the ground up, ensuring quality and accuracy

• Fit, tack, and assemble fabricated parts including tanks, handrails, and ladders

• Perform high-quality MIG welding on carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum

• Inspect and measure finished components for accuracy and conformance to specifications

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

• Follow quality standards and production timelines

• Collaborate with team members to support daily workflow and improve processes

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of structural fabrication experience

• Proficient in blueprint reading and layout

• Skilled in MIG welding (carbon steel, stainless, and aluminum)

• Strong fitting and fabrication skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• High attention to detail and commitment to quality

• Familiarity with shop safety practices and procedures

Work Environment:

• Fabrication shop environment

• Exposure to welding fumes, noise, and physical labor

• Standing, bending, and lifting (up to 50 lbs) required throughout the shift

Schedule:
