Schedule: Must be flexible, shifts can vary from 8-12 hour shifts. Work hours between 7am to 8pm.

Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a motivated and dependable Crane Maintenance Laborer to join our team. This hands-on position involves supporting crane operations by maintaining equipment, cleaning machinery, and assisting with rigging and setup. This is a non-CDL role, but applicants must be comfortable driving a manual transmission (stick shift) truck with a mounted 1,000-gallon water tank.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive a company-provided, manual-transmission truck to and from job sites (Aurora, NC required).

• Operate a pressure washer to clean cranes and related equipment.

• Assist with crane maintenance including:

  • Performing oil changes and filter replacements

  • Replacing light bulbs

  • Greasing mechanical components

• Support setup and breakdown of crane equipment and rigging.

• Follow all safety protocols and contribute to a clean, efficient work environment.

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license, clear driving record, and ability to drive a stick shift.

• Ability and willingness to travel to Aurora, NC as required.

• Previous mechanical or equipment maintenance experience preferred.

• Able to lift up to 50 lbs, climb up and down ladders, bend, crouch, push, pull, and stoop in outdoor conditions.

• Reliable, safety-conscious, and team-oriented.

• Must meet background check and drug testing requiremetnts.
