Are you an experienced forklift operator looking for a stable second-shift position? A Springfield-area manufacturer is seeking a dependable Material Handler to support production operations by supplying materials, staging finished goods, and maintaining efficient material flow throughout the facility.

Pay

• $18.30 per hour

Schedule

• Monday-Friday
• 6:00 PM - 2:30 AM
• Full-Time
• Overtime available as needed

What You'll Do

• Supply production lines with materials and components
• Support press and assembly department operations
• Remove empty containers and packaging from production areas
• Stage finished goods for storage and shipment
• Operate forklifts to transport materials throughout the facility
• Verify part numbers, labels, and materials for accuracy
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas
• Follow all safety, quality, and material handling procedures
• Support warehouse and production operations as needed

Qualifications

• Previous material handling experience preferred
• Forklift operation experience required
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards

Physical Requirements

• Stand and move throughout the shift
• Bend, reach, lift, and handle materials as needed
• Safely operate forklift and material handling equipment
• Work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
