Property Maintenance Technician Talent Pool

MUST HAVE 3-5 YEARS OF PRIOR MAINTENANCE EXPERIENCE
Common Responsibilities
Responsibilities vary by property and client but may include:
- Performing apartment unit turnovers to ensure units are clean, repaired, and move-in ready
- Touch-up and full interior painting, wall repair, and property appearance maintenance
- Maintaining cleanliness and presentation of apartments, common areas, and leasing offices
- Completing general maintenance repairs and preventative maintenance tasks
- Responding to maintenance requests in a professional and timely manner
- Troubleshooting and repairing electrical, plumbing, and mechanical issues
- Assisting with appliance installation and repairs
- Drywall repair, installation, and general construction-related tasks
What We're Looking For
- 3-5 years of recent maintenance experience
- Apartment, multifamily, or property maintenance background preferred
- Experience with unit turns and move-out/make-ready projects
- Knowledge of electrical, drywall, appliance installation, and general maintenance repairs
- Ability to diagnose maintenance issues and complete repairs efficiently
- Strong customer service skills when interacting with residents and property staff
- Reliable work history and professional references
- Ability to work independently and as part of a maintenance team
