We offer a Full-time job in a great atmosphere, working with a small team.  The Planar Cathode Operator’s primary role is to assemble mechanical components, apply and bake coatings, and perform brazing and spot-welding operations. This process requires the use of a microscope, concentration, and physical dexterity to work on small objects. Skills that may contribute to your success in this position include being able to do detailed craftwork (quilting, sewing, beading) and the ability to focus on tasks for an extended period of time (working on puzzles, crafts, etc.).  We can train the right candidate to perform all assembly operations in cathode fabrication and inspect parts.   

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or GED is preferred
• Good vision is required – Vision acuity tests are required as part of the assignment to this role
• Ability to be trained on the proficient use of the following tools and/or equipment:
  • microscope,
  • analytical scales,
  • measuring tools and gauges
  • electronic measurement equipment
  • various hand tools
• Must have sufficient hand dexterity and eye-hand coordination to perform the job tasks
• Must be able to work with chemicals and solvents
• Position requires frequent sitting, standing, bending, stooping, and reaching motions

Job Schedule:  Days , Monday thru Friday 7:00 - 3:30 

Pay:  $16.00 an hour with multiple benefits
