Job Summary:

The Equipment Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing routine maintenance, inspections, and minor repairs on a variety of industrial and construction equipment. Your role ensures all equipment is clean, safe, and rental-ready.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform oil changes, filter replacements, fluid checks, and greasing/lubrication

• Inspect equipment for damage or wear and report issues

• Clean, prep, and organize equipment for delivery or return

• Assist in troubleshooting and basic repairs under supervision

• Adhere to all safety and quality standards

• Keep accurate maintenance records

• Operate forklifts and light equipment as needed

• Support mechanics with larger repair tasks

• Maintain a clean and efficient workspace

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED preferred

• Previous experience in equipment, automotive, or mechanical maintenance

• Comfortable using hand and power tools

• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn

• Team player with good communication skills

• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in outdoor conditions

• Valid driver’s license required

• Forklift certification a plus
