Salary: $21.00- $23.00 Per Hour

Express Employment Professionals is currently assisting an industry leader in Eagan for their search for a Fabricator. As a Fabricator you will be operating press brake and other Metal fabricating machines. You will be responsible for bending, seating, flanging and top flanging material according to work order and production drawing specifications in such a manner as to achieve safety, quality, efficiency and lean production goals.

Inver Grove Heights, MN |  $21.00-$23.00/hr
Schedule: M–F, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (2 month assignment)

What You’ll Do:

• Form and shape materials using press brakes and other manual fabrication equipment-shear, weld, punch press, paint, and CNC (75%)

• Ensure top quality by inspecting parts with calipers, micrometers, and tape measures (15%)

• Finish strong by packaging, labeling, palletizing, and keeping your space clean (10%)

What We’re Looking For:

• High School Diploma or GED required

• 1+ years of fabrication or related experience

• Eagerness to learn additional equipment (shear, weld, punch press, CNC, etc.)

• A sharp eye for detail and a strong sense of quality

• Good math and measurement skills

• Solid communication and listening skills

• Ability to focus and stay on task in a fast-paced environment

What It Takes Physically:

• Stand, bend, twist, and move for 8–12 hours per shift

• Lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs (with equipment for heavier loads)

• Work in environments with loud noise, heat/cold, and moving part
