Responsibilities

As a Manufacturing Associate, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Follow all safety standards and quality control procedures
• Perform cross-training across multiple operations and complete required training certifications
• Read and follow Operator Work Instructions (OWI) for a variety of production tasks
• Interpret Bill of Material (BOM) requirements accurately
• Replenish materials and stock for ongoing production
• Package products efficiently and stack goods on pallets
• Maintain accurate production logs and data sheets
• Clean and maintain equipment, tools, and your personal workstation

 

Educational Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required

Preferred Experience

• Previous manufacturing, assembly, or production line experience is a plus (but not required)

 

Physical Requirements

• Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks for extended periods
• Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds
• Full range of motion: bending, twisting, pushing, pulling, reaching, and squatting
• Must be able to stand and remain mobile for a full 10-hour shift
