Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Master Mechanic to diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide range of vehicles and equipment. The ideal candidate will have advanced technical knowledge, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to mentor junior technicians while ensuring high-quality service and safety compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair complex mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues on vehicles and equipment

• Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and safety checks

• Oversee and guide the work of other technicians and apprentices

• Ensure repairs meet manufacturer and industry standards

• Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used

• Operate diagnostic tools, shop equipment, and specialized machinery

• Follow all safety procedures and company policies

Requirements

• Master-level mechanic certification (ASE Master Technician or equivalent preferred)

• 5+ years of automotive or equipment repair experience

• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills

• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, diagrams, and schematics

• Valid driver’s license (CDL preferred for some roles)

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Preferred

• Experience with [heavy equipment, diesel engines, fleet vehicles, european vehicles]

• Familiarity with computerized diagnostic equipment

Schedule: Full Time - open to working weekends
Pay: $30-$40 DOE
