Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our warehouse, contributing to the overall success of our logistics and supply chain processes. This position involves various tasks including order fulfillment, inventory management, and equipment operation.

Duties

• Operate heavy equipment such as forklifts, reach trucks, bailer, and commercial shredder safely and efficiently.
• Assist in shipping and receiving processes, ensuring all incoming and outgoing shipments are handled correctly.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
• Adhere to OSHA regulations to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize warehouse operations and improve workflow efficiency.
• Perform routine maintenance checks on equipment to ensure proper functioning.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a warehouse environment is preferred but not mandatory.
• Proficiency in operating heavy equipment such as forklifts, reach trucks, or cranes is highly desirable.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Familiarity with standard warehouse processes and procedures is a plus.
• Knowledge of OSHA safety standards is beneficial for maintaining workplace safety.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Good physical stamina to handle lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.72 - $17.79 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
