TIG Welder – Aerospace Parts Manufacturer
Location: Fort Myers, FL
Pay: $24.00 - $26.00/hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
Type: Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire

Express Employment Professionals is hiring for a TIG Welders to join a high-end aerospace manufacturing company in Fort Myers. This is a great opportunity to work in a state-of-the-art, air-conditioned facility, where each welder has their own private weld booth.

Responsibilities:

• Perform TIG welding on aviation components and metal structures

• Fabricate and reconstruct parts from technical blueprints, sketches, or diagrams

• Use hand tools, clamps, jigs, and fixtures for precision welding

• Cut metal using a torch as needed

• Weld/fuse various metals to meet structural and strength requirements

• Adjust and regulate equipment for each job

Qualifications:

• TIG welding experience required (aviation or aerospace preferred)

• Prior machine shop or fabrication experience

• Ability to read and follow technical drawings and specifications

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

• Team player with a professional attitude
