Press Operator

We are seeking dependable Press Operators to join a manufacturing team in a metal stamping environment. This position is responsible for operating and supporting press department production activities, performing quality inspections, and maintaining a safe and organized work area while meeting production standards.

Job Duties

• Inspect stamped metal parts to identify defects and verify quality standards are met
• Stack, organize, and prepare finished products for the next stage of production
• Monitor production output and maintain consistent workflow throughout the shift
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area around press equipment
• Follow all company safety procedures, work instructions, and quality standards
• Support production operations and assist with additional manufacturing tasks as assigned
• Meet production goals while maintaining quality and accuracy requirements

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Good organizational skills and ability to handle parts accurately
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Reliable attendance and positive work ethic
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Commitment to workplace safety and housekeeping standards
• Ability to pass pre-employment screening requirements

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for the duration of the shift
• Ability to repeatedly lift and move up to 50 pounds
• Frequent bending, reaching, and repetitive motion
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Ability to safely perform production tasks while maintaining productivity standards

Schedule

• Full-time position
• Sunday through Wednesday
• Hours: 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM
