• Set up and operate injection molding machines to manufacture plastic parts.
• Load raw materials into hoppers and monitor the machine during operation.
• Inspect molded parts for quality, consistency, and accuracy using measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.).
• Trim, assemble, and package finished products as required.
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machines and equipment.
• Adjust machine settings to optimize production output and reduce scrap.
• Record production data and report any mechanical issues or defects.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment.
