Express Employment Professionals of Woodbury, MN is actively hiring for a Front Desk / Service Advisor / Parts Runner role with a well-established, reputable automotive repair shop in the East Metro. What You’ll Be Doing:

• Greet and assist customers in person and over the phone

• Schedule vehicle service appointments and follow up on progress

• Provide clear and honest service recommendations

• Pick up and deliver parts as needed

• Be the welcoming face of the business

 

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous automotive industry experience is required

• A valid driver’s license is a must

• Strong communication skills — friendly, professional, and attentive

• Hospitality or customer service background is a plus

• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
