     Express is seeking a Millwright Shop Manager for a local company in West End, NC. In this role the associate will be responsible for overseeing daily tasks of milwright team, coordinating maintenance, repairs and installations throughout the shop. Also, ensuring all employees adhere to all safety guidelines and company policies.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Directing and Coordinating work of the millwright team to ensure timely completion of tasks
• Conducting inspections and following up with maintenance schedules
• Training team on best practices, safety protocols and technical skills
• Maintaining accurate records including time keeping, maintenance activities, repairs and inspections
• Managing shop inventory, ordering parts and building rapport with vendors
• Providing employee evaluations and providing feedback
• Scheduling and assigning tasks to millwright team

REQUIREMENTS:

• 5+years of Millwright experience
• 2+years of management experience
• 2D Cad, Auto CAD & Microsoft Suites
• Must be able to read blueprints
