Order Processor

Located in Tampa, FL

Salary: 22-25/hour

We have an opening for an experienced Customer Service Representative with Order Processor background in east Tampa area for manufacturing company. They are looking for a dedicated person, this is a small company, family oriented.

 

Job duties are but not limited to:

• Administering the e-commerce and Amazon orders, entering into system and confirm shipping in system for delivery from warehouse
• Process orders, enter exact info in office system for items to be shipped
• Additional admin duties, emails, data entry
• Ensures customer satisfaction by providing timely, efficient, accurate, and friendly service via telephone and email systems. 

Job requirements:

• Performs light MS Excel reporting tasks.
• Accurately input information into company system.
• Typing skills at 25-30 WPM are necessary.
• Ideal candidate will be highly detail-oriented, possess a positive attitude, and have excellent communication skills.

Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
