Express Employment Professionals is partnering with a local retailer for a Retail Associate in Maryville, Tennessee.

 

 

 Retail Associate Responsibilites:

• Customer Service: Providing a positive customer experience with fair, friendly, and courteous service, as well as answering any customer questions and resolving any issues
• Cashier duties: Registering sales on a cash drawer by scanning and totaling customers’ purchases, as well as bagging purchases  
• Processing returns item and transaction
• Basic cleaning of the store front to maintain an orderly display
• Pull orders from the back room and cross train in other aspects of the store. 

 

Retail Associate Qualifications:

• Be a team player and have demonstrated experience with attention to detail
• Able to multi-task
• Comfortable being on feet the duration of the shift

Retail Associate Shift:  

• Shift is Thursday - Sunday. 9:45 am - 6:30 pm.
