Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Automobile Mechanic to join a reputable repair shop in Spartanburg, SC, specializing in European model vehicles. This position is ideal for a technician with strong diagnostic and repair skills, particularly in engine control and electrical systems. You'll begin as an hourly employee through Express and have the opportunity to move into a paid-per-job compensation structure once hired on permanently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair European model cars (e.g., BMW, Mercedes, Audi, Volkswagen, etc.)

• Perform work related to engine control systems and electrical issues

• Read and interpret wiring diagrams and schematics

• Utilize diagnostic tools to troubleshoot problems accurately

• Maintain a clean and organized work environment

• Work efficiently to meet quality and productivity expectations

Requirements:

• Previous mechanic experience required

• Experience working with European vehicles is strongly preferred

• Must have a solid understanding of automotive electrical systems

• Must be able to read and interpret technical schematics and diagrams

• Own set of tools is required

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Compensation & Advancement:

• Start as an hourly employee through Express ($23–$25/hr BOE)

• Opportunity to transition to a "paid-per-job" compensation plan after hire-on
