We are currently seeking a Driver / General Laborer to join our team specializing in inground pool installations. This is a hands-on position ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, performing physical labor, and operating tools and equipment.

Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a company vehicle to and from job sites

• Assist with the installation of inground pools, including:

  • Digging, lifting, and moving materials

  • Using shovels, hand tools, and power tools

  • Preparing and cleaning job sites

• Perform general labor duties as needed, including bending, walking, and standing for extended periods (8-10 hours/day)

Requirements:

• Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record

• Ability to drive company vehicles responsibly

• Physically fit and capable of lifting heavy materials and performing manual labor in varying weather conditions

• Willingness to work as part of a team and follow directions

• Dependable, punctual, and safety-conscious
