Express Employment Professionals is hiring a Seasonal Tax Dept. Specialist for a local Mortgage company in Maryville, TN.

Seasonal Tax Dept. Specialist Responsibilities:

• Utilizes Taxing Authority websites to retrieve tax bills and then audits the bill to ensure all tax projections are considered and set-up accurately
• Requests Tax Bills from customers and Taxing Authorities
• Inputs updated information for tax suppliers and address changes
• Review accounts for new county requirements and tax exemptions and update accordingly
• Handles new loan set-up with accurate tax projections in Tax Tracking and verifies the information in the escrow system
• Researches and processes Property Assessments on 3^rd party websites
• Processes returned checks and mail
• Other duties as needed 

Seasonal Tax Dept. Specialist Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED preferred 
• Good communication skills
• Ability to follow directions written and oral
• Ability to be flexible in your position
• Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel 

Seasonal Tax Dept. Specialist Shift:

• Mon-Fri | 8A - 5P
• Full-time / Seasonal
