Machine Maintenance Technician – $19-25/hr (depending on experience) 

Express Employment Professionals is hiring a Machine Maintenance Technician for a local Plastics Manufacturer in Loudon, TN.  

Machine Maintenance Technician Responsibilities: 

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on plastic manufacturing machinery and equipment. 

• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with machinery to ensure optimal performance. 

• Conduct preventive maintenance to prevent equipment breakdowns. 

• Collaborate with production teams to address maintenance needs without disrupting workflow. 

• Keep accurate records of maintenance activities and report any major issues to supervisors. 

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. 

Machine Maintenance Technician Qualifications:  

• Proven experience as a Machine Maintenance Technician, preferably in a plastics manufacturing environment. 

• Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and repair machinery. 

• Knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems. 

• Familiarity with plastic manufacturing processes is a plus. 

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work. 

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 

• High School Dipolma or equivalent 

Machine Maintenance Technician Shift: 

• 3rd Shift, 12am-8am M-F 

• Full-time 

• Overtime when neccessary
