Express Employment Professionals is looking for a part-time Line Cook in Lenoir City, TN.  

Line Cook Responsibilities:

• Set up, clean, and break down work areas promptly.
• Prepare and cook food following company guidelines and food safety standards.
• Monitor and record food storage temperatures; perform quality checks.
• Use and store cleaning chemicals in line with MSDS protocols.
• Handle, label, rotate, and report on inventory and deliveries.
• Assist with menu planning and provide feedback.
• Follow all opening/closing checklists, and routines.

Line Cook Qualifications:

• Line Cook Qualifications: 1 year experience in the food service industry (required).
• Culinary program certification (preferred not required)

Line Cook Shift:

• Tuesday-Wednesday 11:00am-4:30pm
• Thursday-Saturday 4:00pm-9:30pm
